Refurbishment
main pub, its outbuildings and outside space
The pub was trading when we bought it in 2019 but was in desperate need of refurbishment and development.
We have so far completed works on the main pub, shop and toilets and created a new commercial kitchen and restaurant / function room with large courtyard garden. We have also fully refurbished the owner’s flat above the pub including building a small extension.
We have recently completed extensive works in the rear upper garden and created three en-suite B&B guest bedrooms with their own patio gardens.
We now have one remaining barn to renovate and the courtyard to re-surface to complete all of the works - watch this space!
